Raleigh Newborn, Family, Senior, and Child Photography

You know when you show up for a session and everything has been discussed and planned ahead of time? This was one of those where Mom and I chatted, everything she said agreed with the contract, we laid out expectations for the session beforehand…and I think we got everything we hoped and so much more! This little dream come true was 5 weeks old the day of his newborn portraits so we both knew it was not going to be a sleepy session and we might get one or two of him asleep. Oh, he was so full of personality and just soaked in his mommy & daddy! I love that he was awake…I could go on and on about the sweetness in all of them. Love the one of him looking up at his daddy, or the one of him and his mommy touching noses with his name on the wall in the background. And how cute is he being held up in front of his wall announcement! Sooooo cute! This was probably one of my quickest newborn sessions ever, too, which was surprising since he was 5 weeks old. I don’t think this session could have gone any better. I love the heirloom christening gown Mom had for him made out of a WWII parachute and we photographed him in an heirloom cradle, just too sweet. Fun session with great music playing in the background, especially loved this little man’s favorite song!
