Category Archives: Raleigh Senior PortraitsThis fall was filled with rain and we kept having to reschedule her Senior Portraits, but we were blessed with such a gorgeous evening – beautiful light and perfect weather. It was a joy to photograph her senior portraits – she just laughed and giggled the entire time and really just had so much fun. We were so excited to see a tiny patch of daisies, too, which were just so pretty! You never know if there will be any wildflowers blooming when you show up to a park, and every once in a while there is a surprise. It could not have been more perfect for our Ice Cream Minis styled by Little Apple Styles. We had beautiful dreamy light, the cutest ice cream bus from The Parlour in Durham. (Oh, and if you haven’t tried their ice cream, it’s amazing!) and the most adorable wardrobe for the kids. (Thank you, thank you, Ericka!) It was just so fun – we took pictures right until the last minute, and ate a lot of ice cream, too! It was such a great time, and it has been so much fun creating memories and artwork for 2015 clients. This is the last of the Canoe Senior Portraits Session – just loved this session, how unique it was, and the magical light. When you book a Senior Portraits session, I like to plan something special and unique to your personality. It’s such a fun time celebrating your Senior year, and your portraits should reflect that! According to the Senior… What was your favorite part of the session? The canoe. How did you pick our your wardrobe? Where did you shop for the session? Free People. I picked out clothes that I thought would match the different settings. Were you nervous about the session beforehand? no, I was excited. What advice can you give to other Seniors preparing for their Senior portraits? Pick outfits that match the setting, smile, and learn how to work it for the camera.
