If you follow me on social media, then you’ve probably seen these beautiful Addis Jemari leather bags. Several of you have asked me about purchasing them, and all the new bags are now up on their site! So many pretty bags….loved so many of them, and the girls being photographed just oohed and ahhed over them, too. See all of the bags for sale on their website here. (They also have jewelry, scarves, and more.)
The mission of Addis Jemari, from their website.
“Our mission is working with teenage girls who are orphaned or find themselves in vulnerable positions. We strive to encourage, educate, and empower them through the work of our Savior, Jesus Christ. We seek to help these girls by encouraging them in the truth that everyone is created in God’s image and therefore have immense value. Educating and equipping these girls will transform their lives from day- to-day survival to a life that flourishes and thrives with new purpose. As we empower these girls to grow into the young women God has created them to be, it will change their future and allow them a new beginning, preparing them to come alongside others in similar life circumstances. Our prayer is these girls will not only impact their community, but the world.”
You can also sponsor the family and staff of Addis Jemari, the Addis Jemari girls, or contribute to their healthcar or education. Find out more here.
