Ruby – Raleigh NC Newborn Family Photography

Remember this family? (They were also featured here.) I feel like we just took their maternity portraits. Such a sweet family and both little ones are just beautiful like their mama. Ruby was so content and happy during the session. And wow, Emma just loves her. I really can’t believe how many photos we got of the two of them together. It was just so sweet. Emma is such a proud big sister and I know she’s a big help to her mama, too. This was one of those newborn sessions where we were able to capture images effortlessly. Oh, and don’t forget Ruby’s room. WOW. It is just so beautiful from the striped walls to the chevron bedding. (you know I love chevron) She has a gorgeous chandelier, beautiful curtains – the whole room is just perfect. One more thing – they had Raleigh Coffee Company coffee ready when I got there which was pretty much amazing. Overall a favorite session – wait until you see the one at the bottom with the bowl and the clover – Ruby is just precious!

Best Buddies – Raleigh Newborn Baby Photographer

Wow. I LOVE newborn sessions at home. A lot of the stress of having to get ready to go somewhere is taken out of the session, the little ones eat when they need to, and they are so happy in their environment. This little one was just 4 weeks old and he slept a little bit but was mostly bright eyed and alert for his family portraits in Raleigh. We were able to capture some of the sweetest moments of him with his family. And his big brother – just wow. (okay. I am saying wow alot, but really, this session was just so sweet) Everytime I tried to take a portrait of mr. man by himself, big brother just had to kiss him and be right next to him. ADORABLE. There are so many sweet photos of them together and I know they are going to be best buddies. Alex absolutely loves his little brother and had to be next to him every second. We took family portraits inside first and then headed outside to catch the last few minutes of my favorite light – sunset. It was a gorgeous evening and such a sweet newborn session.

Baby Brother – Raleigh Wake Forest Lifestyle Newborn Photographer

It was a rainy morning that we took Crosby’s newborn portraits. Don’t you just LOVE his name?!? It was awesome that the whole family was able to be together. He was around 6 weeks and just wide eyed and content. His mama is one of the co-founders of Covered in Love - such an awesome ministry for Moms after miscarriage, stillbirth or infant loss. I was in tears as she was sharing her heart with me – what an incredible support group and encouragement.

Beautiful Morning at Home – Lifestyle Newborn Photography, Raleigh, N.C.

This little one was born a week early and was all of 6 lbs. Such a tiny little man and just so content for his newborn portraits. It was a peaceful morning at home for this little one. His nursery – AMAZING. Just beautiful and his mama decorated it with such beautiful colors and chevron. (love, love, love CHEVRON) Love so many of these – he is just so precious!
