Matt and Jen waited to announce in pictures that Ben is going to have a little brother! Our original date was snowed out so they had to wait four more days to share the news! It was absolutely gorgeous out the day of the session! You might remember Ben from his 18 month pictures! Such a handsome little man and soon he will have a little brother to play with!

This week, I had the privilege of taking photos for Chasing Mermaids, an online store which sells children’s boutique clothing. Raedene, the owner, sells through facebook and etsy so be sure to check out both pages! These clothes are absolutely gorgeous! I love the boys clothes (especially the navy whale shirt and shorts - LOVE!) but the girls clothes are incredible! (If I had a girl, I would be in trouble!) She really goes the extra mile with the details. I love the ruffles, trim, and borders. Too too cute! She is truly talented and puts a lot of thought into the clothes! The session ran very smoothly and the little ones were just as happy as can be!

This dress is absolutely adorable and she is such a doll! This is definitely a favorite! (um, if I had a girl - yes I would have already bought this in maybe two or three sizes! That collar is just too stinkin cute!:)

P I N this to pinterestP I N this to pinterest Ahh! The whale shirts are just too cute and look at those ruffle pants! There was a lot of oohing and ahhing over the clothes!

P I N this to pinterest She is now taking pre orders for the spring collection so be sure to follow Chasing Mermaids on facebook for more information and to see the rest of the collection!

I can’t believe it’s already week 8! The weeks seem to be flying by! This week’s theme is Cabin Fever.

These two are waiting on a super special cowboy! Can’t wait to meet him! The weather was absolutely beautiful the day of this session, and I can’t believe it snowed the next day. We started our session at the park and then headed downtown for some urban shots. Downtown Wake Forest is special to Su-Anne because she used to work close by so the location was perfect! See more from this session here.
