This little one was barely home from the hospital before we took her newborn portraits – just so sweet and sleepy and content. And oh, this was the sweetest family. Everyone was in such a great mood with little sleep and just happy to love on and show off their baby sister.  One thing I love about newborn sessions at home is I usually get to capture older siblings and their personalities while baby is being fed or dressed or rocked to sleep. I love the images of big sister and brother in their rooms – so fun! And these siblings were just so sweet – so many images of them kissing and hugging their baby sister. Love, love, love this session!

This session was so much fun, and just how cute is this little one? At two, he was full of energy and curiosity, and we saw so many fun things at the park that day. There was a bird’s nest, and of course plenty of flowers and bugs. It’s so fun to be outside in the summer with all the flowers blooming and the pretty sunsets. I love so many images that we were able to capture of this sweet family and this little one just being two – he is adorable!

Oh, and in case you missed it – a super fun event coming soon for all 2014 clients. (2014 session must be booked by 07/31/2014) I’ll be sending out more information in a few weeks! Super excited about an event this fall for 2014 clients! Details will be e-mailed at the beginning of August about how to sign up and what this event is all about. If you booked your 2014 session super early this year, then you already know a little bit about client appreciation events. This will be for sessions booked before 07/31/2014 so if you are thinking about booking a session this year, contact me for more information. Sessions can be booked for anytime in 2014 – January – December but the session fee has to be paid/session booked before 07/31/2014. As you probably know, Hurricane Arthur is at the beach right now so we rescheduled our session (which was supposed to be tonight) for last night, and the weather was just beautiful. The wind wasn’t bad, the kids had so much fun, and we were able to capture so many fun moments. (See a back of camera preview from last night here) I think this was the fifth or sixth time I’ve photographed this family, and they are so much fun! The water was a little rough due to the storm coming, and I was barely in the water and almost ruined my compact flash cards – yikes! Arthur is no joke – more images to come soon!

What a sweet session at home this was – it is always so great after you have a baby to be photographed at home. It was a cloudy/sometimes sunny day and we found a few pockets of light in the house for some portraits and also took a few outside. This baby girl was 10 days old and was really just so content the whole time. There’s so many sweet images with her Mommy & Daddy, too (See another preview here.) Can’t wait to finish editing all of these!
