A few things are over – the extremely busy fall we had. (It was so so much fun but it was nonstop!) Christmas break is over for my oldest- he’s back to school today. Yes, I miss him. Am I the only one that doesn’t want Christmas break to end? I loved being able to bake cookies, go see a movie..all the things I just don’t have a lot of time for during the crazy fall season. Plus, since it’s below freezing and ridiculously cold, I think I’d rather stay inside, drink hot chocolate and bake cookies than be anywhere outside. Cold is not my BFF. We were really blessed this year that our mini sessions were not freezing cold days, and not a single drop of rain on any of the scheduled dates, which is really a miracle. I have so much to blog from the fall, and I really can’t wait to share all of the cuteness. Our minis this year were so much fun – airstream minis, little blue truck, VW Bus, and Santa.

But before I get into blogging all of the holiday minis, I had to share this maternity session. That fall light was just so pretty, and this mama was stunning! (Love, love, love her dress!) I love this location because it’s quiet in the fall, and even in the summer, we might get the occasional photobomb swimmer in the water, but it’s usually just peaceful. These two were just so sweet together which made capturing their maternity portraits effortless. They laughed and laughed. Can’t wait to meet their sweet baby soon!
