Raleigh Hospital Fresh 48 Photographer | Surprise

What a joy it was to photograph this sweet family of six after they found out baby four was a girl.This sweet baby girl has three older siblings, and I showed up before they arrived. They were at soccer that morning and split between the grandparents (how great to have so much help when having a newborn!) They arrived at the hospital so excited to see their baby and even more excited to see their Mommy, which was absolutely precious. This room was super small, so it was quite hilarious with the four children and seven adults including me, and then the occasional nurse or doctor that stopped by. It was just way too cute the way these three loved on their baby sister and realllly wanted to hold her. This sweet little one’s big sister is super close to Harrison’s age, and it cracked me up how she ate her peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, because my child totally skips the bread and goes straight to what’s inside. I definitely had to get a picture of that and all of the sweetness with their grandparents and doting on their baby sister. I loveeee sessions in the hospital – the newness, excitement, and just how special it is to have a new baby.
