The weather was absolutely gorgeous the day of their family session, and I’ve been photographing this sweet family ever since their first little one was born. Due to the craziness of how much rain we had this fall, we did have to reschedule their sessions once, but the weather on our rescheduled date was just perfect. These two little ones were just adorable together and so much fun running around the park with their parents. Just love the sunny evening glow, too!

Why did you choose this session location and what was the weather like the day of your session? Field/to capture a natural background/late evening, sunny
What’s your favorite family activity? Anything outdoors.
Who are the members of your family and a quick fact about each one! Michael- patient, takes care of everyone

What was your favorite part of the session? We played a lot and were able to capture true family moments
Tell me about the outfits you wore to the session! Little Apple Styles helped a lot! I loved being able to send her a few of my thoughts and have Ericka compile profiles AND tell me where I can get each item.
What props did you bring and why? A blanket and some of the kids favorite toys. I wanted to capture some memories of the kids and their favorite toys at this stage.
What are some words of wisdom you have for other families preparing for family photos? Relax and enjoy it. Bring snacks
Were you worried about any parts of the session beforehand? With outdoor sessions I always worry about the weather. We did reschedule due to rain but the second date ended up being beautiful.
