So this was one of those days where the weather forecast was confusing, I kept checking the hourly forecast, and really just had to stop looking outside! Sometimes you just NEVER know what’s going to happen but it ended up being a gorgeous evening, right around the time of their session. The sun was kind of going in and out, and we were able to get some gorgeous portraits with the beautiful light in the background. This mama also picked some of the daisies in the field – which were just perfect. These two were just so sweet together, and isn’t this Mama to be just stunning! Can’t wait to meet their baby boy soon!
What was your favorite part of the session? Becky was just so laid back and easy to work with.
Were you worried about any parts of the session beforehand? It can be intimidating to get your picture taken 36 weeks pregnant– you are really starting to feel huge! Becky did a great job at taking pictures at flattering angles and making you feel comfortable!
Do you have a theme for your nursery? What part of shopping for your baby has been the most fun? Its a ocean/nautical theme. The most fun has been searching at Home Goods for a lot of the pieces. They have a TON of beachy decorations.
How would you describe your perfect Saturday? We are both into sports and love the fall. So I love waking up on a cool fall day with a cup of coffee to watch some College Game Day (with my husband of course!) Then the rest of the day would be spent at a tailgate with friends and enjoying the weather with a pumpkin beer.
How did you meet? We met at a bar (so cliche). He was with some guys who went to my high school and he gave me a business card (even more cliche!). I was joke that I just wanted a job, but it turns out I got a job and a husband out of it
Do you have any pets? We don’t have any! We figured our little one on the way will keep us plenty busy.
What is your favorite tv show that you watch together? Most of our favorite TV shows are coming to an end! Our favorites in the past and present have been The Office, How I met your Mother, Mad Men, and House of Cards.
